Running Club

Running is among the best aerobic exercises for physical conditioning of the heart and lungs.  Just as importantly, running, like many forms of exercise, is a great cure for stress and emotional strain.  Running is also an excellent training adjunct for all sports where cardio-vascular fitness enhances performance. 

Lauriston’s ‘Running Club’, which has been running for over 20 years, introduces girls in years 5-12 to the enjoyment and benefits of running in a social and supervised environment.
