Track & Field
Athletics is a broad term that encompasses Cross Country and Track & Field.
The aim of our Athletics program is to give all students an opportunity to learn, develop and advance their skills through Cross Country and/or Track & Field, whilst working with experienced and knowledgeable coaches.
Term 3 will focus on Track & Field. Specific coaches will be in attendance at all sessions to ensure girls are equipped to take on their preferred discipline. Girls are encouraged to attend at least two of the specific T&F sessions and compliment these sessions with a Strength or General conditioning session. Girls will have the opportunity to trial for the Lauriston GSV Track & Field team via the House Track & Field competition and the PB meets.
